The Nashville branch of law firm FBT Gibbons will soon undergo a major office revamp after extending its downtown tower lease.

The firm, formerly known as Frost Brown Todd, has extended its lease through October 2037 at SoBro’s Symphony Place, where it has operated since 2012. This will expand the office to include the full 19th floor and a part of the 18th floor for a collective 35,876 feet. The renovations will include the addition of an interconnecting internal staircase between the two floors.
