San Francisco-based Shorenstein Investment Adviser has announced the acquisition of the Moore Building, a 15-story mixed-use tower located in Midtown and home to the Nashville office of TikTok.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in a release; however, the Davidson County Register of Deeds recorded the transaction at $146.5 millon.
