An East Nashville building accommodating Australian-centric cafe Hearts has sold for $1,175,000, with the new owner a veteran local real estate investor.

The sale comes after the 0.35 acre-property, with a 1,345-square-foot building and an address of 914 Gallatin Ave., was offered for sale for $1.2 million in April.
