A North Davidson County church is planning an affordable housing development as part of its campus.  

According to Metro permits filed Wednesday, Born Again Church is set to build a 245-unit, 306,300-square-foot building for affordable senior housing at its 858 W. Trinity Lane site. The complex, known as Northview Housing Development, is an extension of the church’s existing campus, which is located one block north of the Cumberland River.
