Toronto entity continues area buying spree

Roughly one week after paying about $210 million for 708 single-family free-standing rental homes located throughout Middle Tennessee, an entity affiliated with Toronto-based Tricon Capital Group has acquired 72 more rental homes in the area for a collective approximately $26.6 million.

Of note, all the 72 residences — many of them newer construction — are located in Davidson County, according to a Metro document. Specifically, Tricon American Homes bought the properties. That entity is a division of Tricon Capital Group.
