The Sylvan Summit site long planned for residential project Sky Nashville has been listed for sale for more than $30 million.

The roughly five-acre West Nashville property sits at the peak of what some locals call Howard’s Hill and offers a main address of 3301 Trevor St. The hill rises about 700 feet above sea level, according to marketing material. For comparison, downtown Nashville at the Cumberland River sits about 385 feet above sea level.
