A startup is testing a new pilot program as a pathway to homeownership in the Nashville market.

Groundly is selling homes while leasing the land to the homeowners, meaning buyers will buy the house but not the property itself. The company currently has four active listings in Nashville, Antioch, Mt. Juliet and Madison.
