A SoBro commercial building located near the intersection of Fourth Avenue South and Korean Veterans Boulevard and once home to restaurant Fiesta Mexicana has been offered for sale for $9 million.

Via an LLC, individuals affiliated with Nashville-based Fresh Hospitality own the property, having paid $2.2 million for it in August 2015, Metro records note. The address of the 0.31-acre property, which sits adjacent to the building housing Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint and across Fourth from hotels Holiday Inn and Suites and The Joseph, is 416 Fourth Ave. S.
