A North Davidson County warehouse used for wholesale food business and located near the Cumberland River and River North has sold for $5.7 million — not quite three years after it changed ownership hands for $3.5 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner of the property, located at 1333 Vashti St. in Cumberland Heights, is Mark Steven Meadows. The Post was unable to determine details about Meadows, though he seemingly serves as a mid-level official at concrete company Nashville Ready Mix.
