Realtracs names first chief relationship officer

Nashville-based multiple listing service company Realtracs has named Julie Davis its first chief relationship officer, while also elevating Mark Hill to COO and Casey Phillips to customer support director.

According to a release, Davis (pictured) oversees the Realtracs customer service team, which provides in-person, virtual and phone support and training to Realtracs’ more than 20,000 users across more than 1,550 real estate offices in Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky.
