According to Metro property records, Hines has yet to acquire 11 parcels bordered by 15th Avenue North on the east and 16th Avenue on the west (see here). In addition, the company is seeking to purchase three parcels at 1406-1408 Broadway and 110 15th Ave. N. and that sit adjacent to the site home to a White Castle fast food business.
