On-site work in Edgehill for a major mixed-use development that has seen no movement for the 3.5 years since its announcement now appears possible.

As the Post reported in December 2021, Chicago-area-based Marquette Companies paid approximately $42.31 million for the two Edgehill properties where it has plans for the development. This followed the Post’s original reporting about what would be called North Edgehill Commons in March 2021.
