The tower GBT had planned for River North

Oracle has paid $60 million for a River North property located near its future multi-building campus and previously sold in November 2021 for a then-record price.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the seller was GBT Realty, which paid the equivalent of $16.21 million per acre for the two-parcel property 3.5 years ago. The Brentwood-based company paid $60 million for the 3.7 acres of raw land at that time (read here).
