Chicago-based real estate company JLL has announced the appointment of Erin Baber as vice president of project and development services (PDS) for the Tennessee region, according to a news release.

Based in Nashville, the 15-plus-year industry veteran will be filling an existing position, but the release does not note whom she replaces. Baber will lead and expand the firm’s tenant improvement team while overseeing construction and renovation projects.
