The Nolensville Planning Commission in an 8-1 vote earlier this week approved the town’s first centralized downtown site.

Plans for the development were released in September by Nolensville Road Investment Partners — composed of two Nashville companies, the Rochford Group and Land Innovations. The partners paid $5.2 million for the approximately 27 acres.
