The Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee on Tuesday approved the concept plan related to a mixed-use tower eyed for Midtown.

Nashville-based real estate development firm Hall Emery will team with Charleston-based Woodfield Development on the project, ground for which is tentatively slated to be broken in late third quarter, according to David Wells, Hall Capital CEO.
