Work on a mixed-use development planned for Edgehill for more than 3.5 years seemingly is moving forward.

As the Post reported in December 2021, Chicago-area-based Marquette Companies paid approximately $42.31 million for the two Edgehill properties needed for the development (read here). This followed the Post’s original reporting about what would be called North Edgehill Commons in March 2021.
