Exclusive Nashville all-boys school Montgomery Bell Academy is preparing to go forward with a long-sought campus expansion.

The school has been buying up property south of its West End campus on Brighton Avenue for years. The last holdout – the 3909 Brighton Avenue home owned by a trust in the name of Joseph Davis – sold to the school in October for $800,000, far above the appraised value of $567,300.Â
