A Wedgewood-Houston property recognized, in part, as the home of Dozen Bakery and Manuel Zeitlin Architects has sold for $12.25 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner is MV 910 Cherokee LLC. That entity is affiliated with Tim Johnson, who owns Nashville development company Material Ventures LLC. MV 910 Cherokee LLC also includes real estate investment company Out of Office, which is co-based in Charlotte and Chicago.
