Lipscomb University and RER Partnership have continued their real estate dealings, with the university paying a collective approximately $2.44 million for three residential property located near the school's campus

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the three properties the university most recently acquired offer addresses of 1301 Grandview Drive, 1305 Grandview Drive and 1109 Caldwell Lane.
