A mixed-use building is planned for a Jefferson Street site located near Fisk University.

To offer residential and retail spaces, the future structure will sit on a multi-parcel property with a main address of 1712 Jefferson St. and is owned by 1712 Jefferson St. LLC. That entity includes former Tennessee Titans linebacker Derrick Morgan.
