The Lower Broadway building accommodating celebrity-branded bar Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville has seen its asking priced reduced by $13 million.

The structure, located at 209 Broadway, was listed for sale in November 2025 for $100 million. Now, and according to Nashville Business Journal, the asking price is $87 million.
