Conceptual designs for Eastpoint

The Fallon Company — the Boston-based master developer for Nashville’s East Bank neighborhood — has selected a contractor to construct the 600-room hotel that will sit within the company’s 30-acre area known as Eastpoint.

At an East Bank Development Authority (EBDA) meeting last week, company officials announced Birmingham-based Brasfield & Gorrie will serve as lead contractor on the hotel project, with the tower to rise adjacent to the new Nissan Stadium.
