The South Davidson County site once home to live music facility Starwood Amphitheater and long planned by various entities for redevelopment might now be slated for a mixed-use development.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Water Department, Hobson Pike Land LLC is requesting water and sewer capacity numbers. The document references 300 multi-family units, 150 townhomes, 550,000 square feet of warehouse space and 30,000 square feet of office space.
