Nashville-based commercial real estate company Evelyn Capital has announced the acquisition of Lakeview Place I, II, & III, a three-building Class A office portfolio located near Nashville International Airport.

The company, led by founders and local real estate investors, Byran Fort and Taylor Preston, did not disclose the acquisition price in a release. However, the Post has learned that Evelyn Capital paid $30 million for what is called Century City Office Park.
