The Metro Planning Department Downtown Code Design Review Committee will vote Thursday, July 23, on the concept plan for a 35-floor mixed-use tower slated for Nashville Yards.

If standing today, the approximately 515-foot-tall high-rise, which does not offer a name, would be the city's fourth-tallest building. Of note, the 37-floor The Pinnacle at Nashville Yards rises about 505 feet.
