An East Nashville property located adjacent to the former Lincoln College of Technology campus and previously eyed for a development has sold for $8 million — $4 million less than its previous transaction price of almost 10 years ago.

The 3.18 acres of raw land, with an address of 1003 Douglas Ave., once accommodated a student housing structure serving Lincoln Tech, which now operates at 2813 Brick Church Pike.
