Downtown mixed-use building 211 Commerce has sold for $75 million — not quite three years after it changed ownership hands for $50.25 million and underwent upgrades.

A Davidson County Register of Deeds document notes the new owner of the building, which is located at 211 Commerce St. and once housed the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, is PNH Properties LLC. The Post was unable to determine details regarding that entity.
