Details are emerging and multiple images have been created related to a 53-story hotel and residential building planned for SoBro.

As the Post reported earlier this week (read here), and according to a document filed with the Metro Planning Department, the planned tower would rise at 319 Peabody St. The two-parcel site includes one parcel with 0.35 acres and a small brick building housing Peabody Corner Food Court and a 0.61-acre parcel at 504 Fourth Ave. S. and accommodating a nondescript warehouse.
