Nashville bar owner and real estate investor Kelly Jones — known for his ownership in Broadway Brewhouse and Red Door Saloon — has paid $3.4 million for the Bellevue property housing Fortuna Italian Steakhouse.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the seller was an LLC for which the managing member is Franklin real estate investor Keith Ferrari. Metro records show Ferrari paid $2.15 million for the 1.3-acre property and the building on which it sits in late 2017.
