Downtown skyscraper Bridgestone Tower has sold for $255 million.

Located at 200 Fourth Ave. S. and rising about 445 feet, the 31-story high-rise opened in 2017 and is Nashville’s eighth-tallest building. It is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
