601 Mainstream Drive

The Nashville-based music label, publisher and management company that works with Morgan Wallen, Ink, Hardy and Miranda Lambert, among others, will establish a presence in MetroCenter after a $13.1 million property purchase.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Big Loud Records LLC now owns the 52,490-square-foot building that sits on 7.18 acres at 601 Mainstream Drive. Now empty and once having housed Cigna-HealthSpring and operations for Al Gore's 2000 presidential race, the building is known as Corners I.
