Atlanta-based Wood Partners has paid $18.72 million for the Edgehill property on which it plans to break ground in January on an apartment building.

According to a release, the seller was Rochelle Center. Metro records suggest the nonprofit, which provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, had owned the 4.5-acre property since 1974.
