An entity affiliated with Ashley Furniture has paid $11,815,800 for raw land in Southeast Davidson County's Century Farms.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the seller was Century Farms LLC, which is affiliated with Nashville-based Oldacre McDonald. The primary development company of Century Farms, Oldacre McDonald paid $5,539,600 million for the Antioch-area property and some adjacent parcels in 2015, according to Metro records.
