Hotel Preston, a boutique hotel located near Nashville International Airport, has sold for $26.5 million and will be converted to Marriott brand Delta.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner of both the building and the hotel business is an LLC affiliated with Hermitage-based Imagine Hospitality, which has undertaken the development of multiple Nashville-area sites — including three in MetroCenter — with hotel buildings.
