Following a $12 million sale, a replacement building is planned for the 12South site of popular craft beer and burger business 12 South Taproom & Grill — with future tenants expected to be national clothing retailers Ralph Lauren and Alo.

Relatedly, 12 South Taproom will cease operations after May 25, Will Shuff, a co-owner with Jamy Borda, told the Post.
