Delek US Holdings board member Uzi Yemin has sold 140,006 shares of the company’s stock, recording about $6.1 million in the process, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Yemin, who previously served as the Brentwood-based energy company’s chief executive officer and president, sold the stock on March 4 and on March 18 and was one of many Delek insiders to execute trades.
