Boston company acquires Syus

A Boston surgical automation and artificial intelligence company has acquired Nashville-based operating room analytics venture Syus. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Syus operates a network of more than 100 hospitals and health systems across the United States, topping off caresyntax’s global footprint to more than 7,000 operating rooms collecting data from 9 million surgical cases.
