Nashville-based accessibility solutions company National Seating and Mobility has appointed former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist as a special adviser to its board of directors. 

In this role, Frist will provide insight, counsel and strategic guidance on national and state policy affecting the rehab technology and home access industries, according to a press release.
