PureSafety sold

One of the Nashville area’s most prominent homegrown technology companies has just been sold. PureSafety, which was founded in 1999, has agreed to be acquired by global safety science player UL.

"The acquisition of PureSafety is an important and logical step in our strategy to help companies create healthier and safer work environments," said UL CEO Keith Williams. "UL has a century long history of protecting consumers and PureSafety allows us to expand that legacy into the workplace."
