Governor adds to judicial appointments council

Gov. Bill Lee last week named five new members to the Governor’s Council for Judicial Appointments, the group that recommends candidates for open seats on appellate courts, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and the Tennessee Claims Commission.

The new members are Jessie Zeigler of Davidson County, Fred Decosimo of Hamilton County, Jimmie Carpenter Miller of Sullivan County, Donald Aho of Hamilton County and Betsy Beck of Knox County.
