Nashville Yards developer to buy Union Station Hotel

Southwest Value Partners — the California-based developer undertaking Nashville Yards — will acquire downtown's Union Station Hotel for $56 million.

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a Bethesda, Maryland-based publicly traded real estate investment will sell the historic building, with the two parties targeting a third-quarter closing on the transaction.
