Proffitt Dixon Partners hosted guests at a ribbon-cutting celebration of Chamberlain House, a multi-family development on 2nd Avenue in Germantown.

Guests enjoyed charcuterie boards and non-alcoholic beverages, wine and champagne. A tattoo artist was on hand providing flash tattoos. Personalized bandanas, karaoke and other activities completed the event.
