Georgia company acquires Smyrna engineering firm

Savannah, Georgia-based engineering company Thomas & Hutton has acquired Dempsey Dilling & Associates of Smyrna. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in a release.

DDA, which now operates under the Thomas & Hutton brand, is home to nine employees.  With the acquisition, the Smyrna and Nashville office locations will combine in representing the Thomas & Hutton Nashville region and have 16 people.
