Medical office building eyed for Midtown-area site

A multi-tenant medical office building is being eyed for a site located one block north of Charlotte Avenue and sandwiched between Midtown and McKissack Park.

The three-floor building will rise at 500 28th Ave. N., one block north of Charlotte Ave. The six-parcel site spanning about 1.5 acres. Of note, the future building will replace a vacant structure last occupied by Wehby Plumbing and Heating Co., which now operates in South Nashville.
