In this episode of our In Charge Talks series, Community Resource Center Executive Director Tina Doniger talks about how her organization met the extraordinary demands of 2020 while being far less able to get extra help from volunteers but still needing to address broader strategic needs. Speaking to Nfocus Editor-in-Chief Nancy Floyd, Doniger also discusses how her team overhauled its model as it grew its partner relationships from 125 to more than 300 and began serving groups of people it hadn’t worked with before. “We’re in a better space to manage those blips on the radar,” she says.
