Shop at Home (SATH) said Friday that Frank Woods and George Ditomassi have been named Co-Chief Executive Officers of the Nashville-based home shopping company.

Mr. Woods now chairs the executive committee and is co-CEO. He also heads The Woods Group, a merchant banking company with a specialty in the media industry.
