Sen. Harper opens 'meat-n-three' on Jefferson

State Sen. Thelma Harper (D-Nashville) and her husband Paul have opened a new restaurant on Jefferson Street near I-40 in North Nashville.

Called the Harper Family Restaurant, the “meat-and-three” opened for business earlier this week. A catering service also will operate out of the location, which formerly housed a small market.
