Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL) said today that the company has sold its transportation unit to regional trucking firm Birmingham-Nashville Express. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nashville-based OHL said the sale will allow the full-service logistics provider to focus on its core business. This includes transportation management services but, according to OHL, does not include the physical movement of product. The bulk of the company’s other business operations center around warehouse management and material handling.
