AAC gets crushed as research firm resurfaces

Investors pushed down shares of Brentwood-based AAC Holdings by 50 percent at one point Tuesday after the research firm that earlier this year claimed the company was inflating its numbers published another report in the wake of the indictment of ex-President Jerrod Menz and four others by California officials.

At about 2:30 p.m. Central, AAC (Ticker: AAC) shares were changing hands at about $20.66, off 37 percent from where they ended Monday's session. They closed last week at $38.01.
